Based on that response alone, I will probably go back and sign up in the fall.. at least to give it a try for a few months. Thanks for your comments about their program. My name is Nancy and my son Andrew has been using LinkOnLearning for just over a year now. He was having difficulty in school so I tried private tutoring, tutoring services as well as the extra help the school was offering. With little success I was very frustrated. A friend told me about the LinkOnLearning website so I gave it a try and Andrew has been using it ever since. When we started he was two years behind in most subjects. Now the School has tested him and he is working at his grade level and is above in reading and comprehension. Anyway, you are probably right it was probably a programming error, I haven't seen it so it was likely fixed - I know from personal experience their customer service and willingness to help parents like my self has been great.
